Ni poa ku-chill! is a famous slogan in Kenya which means "It's cool to chill". The slogan has for quite sometime been associated by a very successful campaign that targets the youth and informing them on matters surrounding sex.
Chill corner comic strip was incorporated to that campaign between April 2009 and February 2010, It appeared on monthly basis in Sunday Nation newspaper.
Chill corner was the first comic strip in Kenya to publicly and extensively use sheng (Kenya's slang) language as its medium of communication.
